Amena is an elegant figurative bronze sculpture by Nando Kallweit.  Tall and elongated, with arms outstretched in celebration.

Modelled on modern youthful postures but with a nod to the importance of heritage through the stylised Egyptian-influenced head.

Nando handcrafts a wax model then creates a mould and pours his molten bronze into the cavity.

Amena is produced in a small edition of 25 pieces. Nando hammers his mark into the base as well as stamping the edition number.
